Analytics are available in the web portal, accessible from any device with a browser.
Notification Cooldowns
Prevent notification spam when streamers experience connection issues or frequently toggle their stream status.
How It Works:
- Set a guild-wide default cooldown that applies to all streamers
- Optionally override with per-streamer cooldowns for specific streamers
- After a notification is sent, no new notification for that streamer until the cooldown expires
Cooldown Range: 1 minute to 24 hours (1-1440 minutes)
Configuration:
- Guild Default: Set in Server Settings via the Web Portal
- Per-Streamer Override: Set on individual streamer edit pages
Use Cases:
- Connection Issues: Streamer's internet drops frequently, causing multiple "going live" notifications
- Stream Restarts: Streamer restarts OBS for technical issues
- Scheduled Breaks: Streamer takes breaks during long streams
If a streamer has a per-streamer cooldown set, it overrides the guild default. If no per-streamer cooldown is set, the guild default is used.
Notification Filter Rules
Create smart filters to control when notifications are sent based on stream content.
Filter Types:
- Title Match: Send notifications only when the stream title contains (or doesn't contain) specific text
- Game/Category Match: Send notifications only for specific games or categories
Match Modes:
- Matches: Notification sent only if the pattern is found
- Does Not Match: Notification sent only if the pattern is NOT found
Example Filters:
- Only notify when title contains "Tournament" → Title matches "Tournament"
- Don't notify for "Just Chatting" streams → Game does not match "Just Chatting"
- Only notify for specific games → Game matches "Valorant|League of Legends"
Limits: Up to 5 filter rules per streamer
Configuration: Access via the Web Portal → Streamer Edit Page → Filter Rules section
Live Roles
Automatically assign Discord roles when members of your server start streaming.
What It Does:
- Detects when server members go live on Twitch
- Assigns a configured "live role" to the member
- Removes the role when they stop streaming
- Optionally sends a notification to a channel
Features:
- Whitelist Filter: Only assign to members with a specific role (Free + Premium)
- Blacklist Filter: Exclude members with a specific role (Premium only)
- Notifications: Send a message when members go live
Tier Limits:
- Free: 1 live role configuration, whitelist filter only
- Premium: 5 live role configurations, whitelist + blacklist filters
See the full Live Roles documentation for setup instructions and configuration options.
